How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines vary by model and customization, but new orders typically arrive and are set up within 4–8 weeks. In-stock homes can move much faster — often within a couple of weeks.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We work with 6 trusted lending partners — 21st Mortgage, Triad, Cascade, CountryPlace, CIS, and CSL — so we can match you with programs for a wide range of credit profiles, including first-time buyers and land-in-lieu options.
Can I see a home before buying?
Absolutely. We keep in-stock homes available to tour at our Seguin, TX location. Call ahead and we'll have your favorite floor plans ready to walk through.
